Relamping

When relamping  has not been done, there are significant utility rebates available in many states, and we work with you to obtain these and install the new lamps and guarantee their savings results.

LED

We will often recommend new and more efficient lighting technology such as LED as part of our comprehensive approach. There are also significant rebates on these in 2011 in many states.

 

Intelligent LED Lighting

For specific applications, we offer  intelligent LED lighting such as the industry leading Digital Lumens products . These deliver dramatic savings in refrigeration –cold storage  areas with limited occupancy. They deliver savings on multiple levels. Specifically,  lower basic consumption, the ability to turn on and off with occupancy sensors, and they save on refrigeration because they generate less heat.   These state-of-the art lights deliver 100 percent of the light with 10 percent of the energy!

There are very generous utility inventives on these often as much as 50 percent of the cost.
